DDCA Program Manager

The Downtown Driggs Community Association is looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and self-starting individual to lead the organization and help develop all aspects of the Main Street Four-Point Approach®. A desire and dedication to creating a vibrant downtown Driggs is a requirement, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Involvement, knowledge, or interest in past DDCA events as a participant or volunteer is a plus. The number of hours will vary throughout the year with an expected average of 20 hours/week with more hours spent in January and July due to additional time needed for managing the Snowscape and Plein Air events. This is currently a part-time contract position, but it has the potential to grow into a full-time employment position under the right leadership.

Job duties include:
- Coordinate and manage DDCA Events;
- Motivate, develop, and manage volunteers;
- Work with business and property owners (getting out of the office and interacting with people regularly);
- Solicit donations and sponsorship for events, programs, and the organization;
- Grant funding research, preparation, and reporting;
- Collaborate with the City of Driggs, the Teton Valley Chamber of Commerce, Teton Valley Business Development Center, Driggs Urban Renewal Agency, Teton Geotourism Center, and other entities;
- Maintain good public relations, including website and social media updates;
- Educate stakeholders on the importance of the Main Street Four-Point Approach®;
- Handle administrative tasks with the officers of the board;
- Regularly communicate with the board president; and
- Attend all board meetings and relevant public meetings.
