HAMLET

Montana Shakespeare in the Parks will present one of the most famous ghost stories ever told, the immortal tragedy Hamlet, at 6pm on Sunday, July 28, 2024. This FREE performance takes place at the Teton County Courthouse Lawn, 150 Courthouse Drive in Driggs, on an impressive stage constructed on-site by the Montana State University acting troupe. This annual outdoor theatrical experience is enhanced by the sublime backdrop of the Teton Range. Arrive early at 5:30pm to watch the local nonprofit ACT Foundation perform Vaudeville Skits on the Shakespeare stage. Downtown Driggs Association is grateful to Grand Targhee Resort for their Driggs Summer Arts lodging sponsorship of Montana Shakespeare in the Parks actors and Downtown Sounds artists. Enjoy beer on tap from Citizen 33 Brewery, wine by the glass, and local food truck. Weather venue in case of active rain or lighting during the time of the performance - Teton County High School Auditorium at 5:30pm. Bring your lawn chairs or a blanket to see Hamlet under a midsummer's night sky in the Tetons!
